The answer to this question can be different depending on where you're located. If you are located on-site, you may use Unifi Endpoint on your desktop to mount drives locally.

However, if you're located off-site, unfortunately, the only method of accessing files must be used on a mobile device. Download the Unifi Endpoint app and submit a ticket requesting an Endpoint invitation. You can access this invitation in your email inbox once it's granted. Use the link in the email to open the Endpoint app, and load the credential. It may email you a verification code. Once loaded, you may access your files right away through the "File Access" button.
